After Sales Service

Our after sales service team has enormously benefited from the training courses at the manufacturer factory. They have gone through some training courses which have made them able to locate and specify the faults and then provide the most professional services to the customers. The team has also taken the advantage of guarantee activation and also CRM to meet all the customer demands and their needs. 

Short Message Service (SMS) Activation

All the products offered by Dehkade Jahani Co. are accompanied with a guarantee card on which the serial number of the machine has been written on it. There is also a SMS number on each card that is used to activate the guarantee when the costumer has done the purchase. When the purchase is activated, our after sales service contacts the costumer and creates an after-sale file for that costumer, then all the following problems are recorded on that file. 

Megaforce Map Update

The map of the intelligent routing systems can be updated every 6 months, and is able to be run on almost all multimedia systems. The map can also be saved on all forms of DVDs.
